2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No. 366 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. One truck laden with rice was looted by four unknown criminals. The rice has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2023.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that one Kundan singh @ Chhatu Singh and Mulayam Yadav @ Vishal Yadav have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody and also considering the fact that co-accused, who are alleged to have looted the truck, have been granted anticipatory bail, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No. 366 of 2023.
8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Shahpur Police Station, Bhojpur on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
