05. 11.05.2016 It appears that this Court had already refused bail of the Petitioner whereafter he moved once again for anticipatory bail stating in Paragraph 2 that he had not moved earlier. On merits, he thereafter granted anticipatory bail on 25.08.2015. In the meanwhile, it was discovered that on such false statement he had been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. However, he surrendered on learning that on a false statement his application for Anticipatory Bail was allowed.
Now, the file has been placed before me for perusal. In changed circumstances, I have no opinion in the matter.
Let this order communicated to the Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Special Judge, NDPS-cum-Economic Offences, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 38 of 2014 arising out of Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014.
