2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Vijayepur P.S. Case No. 107/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 70 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery.

5. The petitioners are in jail since 29.05.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge IV cum Exclusive Special Court-II, Gopalganj/concerned court in connection with Vijayepur P.S. Case No. 107/2024 .

7. The petitioners No. 1 and 2 are directed to mark their attendance in Kotwali Police Station, Deoria, Uttar Pradesh whereas petitioner No. 3 will mark his attendance at Vijaypur Police Station, Gopalganj on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
