JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA) Date: 21-07-2016 The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against an order passed by the learned Single Bench of this Court on 10th December, 2013, whereby three writ petitions challenging an order dated 26th December, 2009 passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Tribunal, Araria, stand dismissed. The appellants filed CWJC No. 1168 of 2010. The said writ petition along with CWJC No. 1783 of 2010 were decided by the same order. L.P.A. No. 178 of 2014 arising out of CWJC No. 1783 of 2010 has since been dismissed on 24th March, 2013 by a Division
Patna High Court LPA No.353 of 2014 dt.21-07-2016 3/3 Bench.
The order passed by the learned Single Bench has not been interfered with by the Division Bench. Therefore, for the reasons recorded therein, the present Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed for the same reasons.
