Petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant as well as his father.
Paras 18 and 19 of the case diary reveal that informant sustained altogether five injuries, out of them four injuries are said to be abrasion whereas one injury is laceration and the aforesaid injuries were found simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance and similarly, father of the informant sustained two injuries, out of them one injury was simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance whereas other injury was found stitched wound on right side of head length .05 inch and the aforesaid injury also appears to be simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11943 of 2015 (3) dt.22-05-2015 submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let these petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Runni Saidpur P.S. Case no. 406/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
