Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 52886 of 2022(2) dt.25-01-2023 2/3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bachchwara P.S. Case No. 102 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case. Both the parties are agnates and the allegations are general and omnibus against the petitioners. He has submitted further that the co-accused Prabhakar Kumar @ Prabhakar Kumar Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in criminal miscellaneous no. 49904 of 2022 and the case of the petitioners are on better footing.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachchwara P.S. Case No. 102 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
