Petitioners seek bail in connection with Session Trial No. 250 of 2018, arising out of Rosera P.S. Case No. 321 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 395, 412 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that merely on confessional statement of co-accused, petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. Neither any looted articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioners at the time of their arrest nor the petitioners were put on T.I. Parade. Petitioners are in custody since 20.03.2018.

No.61145 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rosera at Samastipur in connection with Session Trial No. 250 of 2018, arising out of Rosera P.S. Case No. 321 of 2017.
