For issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 26/06/2023 passed in Anganwadi Appeal Case no. 107/2022 by the District Magistrate cum Collector, Aurangabad and the order vide memo no. 1986, Case no.
305/2019 dated 10/09/2022 passed by the District Program Officer, (ICDS) Samastipur by which the respondents authorities cancelled the selection of petitioner from the post of Angawadi Sevika
Patna High Court CWJC No.12415 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 from the center no. 311 of Ward No. 15 of Gram Panchayat Rambhadrapur, Block Kalyanpur, Samastipur without appreciating the material on record in its true / proper perspective.
(ii). For issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika on the centre no. 311 to its original position in the nature of the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
