The petitioners seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 387 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 341, 323, 326, 307, 379, 504 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioners along with other accused armed with weapons surrounded the informant and his brother and made assault with iron rod, knife etc. causing injury to them. It is further alleged that petitioner No. 1 fled away after making firing from pistol. Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49882 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 further submits that other co-accused have already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.3.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 18072 of 2019.

Petitioners are in custody since 16.4.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) eacg with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 387 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
