For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Uday Chand Prasad, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Smt. Nirmala Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2016 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395, 307 and 224 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught on the spot while he as well as others committed dacoity and in that course, caused injury to the informant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No.485 of 2016 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.H./- U T
