Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rani Talab P. S. case no. 224/2018 registered under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

The first information report reflects that when inspection of the shop of the petitioner was made by the informant, he was found absent and the food grains as well as kerosene oil had been kept in his house and not on the place which has been mentioned in the licence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of
