That the present application is for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the difference of salary to the petitioner admissible to his father Late Vinod Prasad, as per the 5th pay revision w.e.f. 01.04.1997 at par with other employees of the Magahi Academy and further the concerned authorities may also be directed to pay all the admissible post retiral benefits and other legal dues to the petitioner, admissible to his father."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
