The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the only allegation against the petitioner is that an statue was recovered from the garage of the petitioner but it has not come that it is a stolen article and there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody for about last four months. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who opposes for bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody for about four months and there is nothing on record that recovered article is an stolen article, let petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S.Case No.153 of 2016, with a condition that he
