Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Koilwar P.S.Case No. 256 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is that informant has received an information about death of his wife and petitioner, who happens to be father of informant, is named in the FIR along with others. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner and other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail/bail vide order dated 19.4.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.13145 of 2018, vide order dated 26.7.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 34410 of 2018, vide order dated 27.6.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 34417 of 2018 and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61739 of 2018 (2) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 vide order dated 18.7.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 29957 of 2018 and petitioner is in custody since 1.10.2017 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S.Case No. 256 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
