This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 168 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 385, 120-B, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a Government servant.

It has been submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated because he is the Office Bearer of Bihar Police Men's Association and after receipt of his show-cause the charges against him have been quashed. It has also been alleged that the persons who are alleged to have taken money have been

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a Government servant and there is no chance of his absconding, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., XI, Patna, in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 168 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
