2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a petition, for the relief sought for in the present writ petition, before the District Judge in accordance with the provision of Section 32(3) of Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act, 1950.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.11408 of 2023(3) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy before the District Judge under Section 32(3) of Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act, 1950. In alternative, the petitioner may file title suit before the competent court having jurisdiction.
4. It is made clear that the time taken in pursuing remedy before this Court shall be condoned at the time of deciding the limitation.
