Patna High Court CWJC No.14959 of 2014 (2) dt.09-11-2015 09-11-2015 Heard Mr. S.B.K. Manglam for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and Mr. Shri Prakash Srivastava for the private respondents.

Considering that the 'no confidence motion' held on 19.8.2014 was contested by the petitioner as the Chief Councillor in which the motion was passed and in view of the position so settled by this Court in the judgment reported in 2010(3) PLJR 259, the petitioner is not entitled to raise any issue to question the motion.
