Petitioner is accused in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 384 and 379/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the F.I.R. is lodged after lapse of two months. petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.08.2018.
