The petitioner is aggrieved by the recommendation made by the District Magistrate, Nalanda on 07.7.2014 before the Department of Panchayati Raj under Section 18(5) of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 praying for removal of the petitioner as Mukhiya Gram Panchayat Raj Ben in the district of Nalanda. Considering that the letter of the District Magistrate impugned is merely a recommendation yet to be acted upon by the Department, in my opinion the issue raised is premature and not fit for indulgence at the present stage. The petitioner would be at liberty to question the final order in case the proceedings so initiated goes against the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.
