JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-08-2015 Annexure-1 is dated 25.8.2011. This is under challenge because the Governing Body has been re-constituted and Ad hoc Committee has been put in place.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as University, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the decision of the year 2011 at this juncture.

Writ application is disposed of with the direction upon the Vice Chancellor of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara that ad hocism can not become rule since it is supposed to be an exception. He must now ensure that a Governing Body is in place in accordance with the procedure and the law preferably within six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
