Learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation points out that the name of the father of the petitioner is not correctly mentioned in the copy of the writ petition that has been supplied to him, which does not tally with the name mentioned in the death certificate.

Although it appears from the Court's file that the name has subsequently been corrected by hand but there is no marking of the correction by the Oath Commissioner.

The writ application is, accordingly, dismissed for nonprosecution. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) spal/- U
