Patna High Court MJC No.2862 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/2 Civil Review No. 410 of 2016."
In view of the order dated 21.2.2018 passed in MJC No. 1053 of 2017, we are not inclined to issue notice in the present petition.
The instant MJC petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievance in accordance with law.
