2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Chackmehsi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of planning a loot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners are in jail since 20.05.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Chackmeshi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2024.
7. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Hattha Police Station District- Muzaffarpur on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
