It is made clear that all together Rs. 11,000/- was directed to pay to the wife (O.P. No. 2). The date of order is 01.04.2019.

As such, total 3 years have lapsed and total Rs. 3,96,000/- approx are due against petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.978 of 2019 dt.15-03-2023 2/2 The Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhagalpur is directed to take steps for realization of the said amount, as well as, the current amount through the process available under law i.e. to say issuance of form 18 and 19 of Schedule II of the Cr.P.C., 1973 within one month from the date of communication of the order.

Accordingly, the present Cr. Revision Application stands disposed off.
