====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners assaulted informant with knife and also snatched Rs. 1500/- from his pocket.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and injury allegedly caused by these petitioners is simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

6. Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P. S. Case No. 65 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
