2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/32(2)/41(1)/41(2) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and Section 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 1103.25 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from truck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. Name of the petitioner transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Pankaj Singh. Petitioner has got four criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

6. Considering the amount of recovery and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this application is dismissed.
