JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 This modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 15-04-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14299 of 2015 as well as paragraph-1 of the aforesaid petition on the ground that at paragraph-1 of the aforesaid petition, in place of "Complaint Case No. 3676C of 2013" it has inadvertently been typed as "Complaint Case No. 367C of 2013" and due to that, similar defect occurred in the order dated 15-04-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14299 of 2015. Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction at paragraph-1 of Cr. Misc. No. 14299 of 2015 and accordingly, the order dated 15-04-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14299 of 2015 is modified to the extent that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27630 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 "Complaint Case No. 367C of 2013" mentioned in the order be read as "Complaint Case No. 3676C of 2013". Let the time of surrender to the petitioner be extended for further one month.
