ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 06.01.2012 by which the Family Court, Gaya has refused maintenance to minor daughter of the petitioner on the ground that her mother is in service.

Notices had been issued to the O.P. No. 2 but he has chosen not to appear before this Court.

Since this is an absurd reasoning and the daughter is definitely entitled to be maintained by her father, the order dated 06.01.2012 is hereby set aside. The Court below shall pass necessary orders within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The application stands disposed off.
