The petitioners apprehend their arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant alleged that the petitioner filed for issuance of Parcha under, but the C.O. and C.I. and other officials without following the rule issued Parcha in favour of petitioner no. 1 Krishna Roy. The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are alleged have signed the notice after knowing the fact that Sirbat Narain Singh has already died.

It is submitted that after following the due process of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27827 of 2015 (3) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 law the Parcha was issued in favour of petitioner no. 1 Krishna Roy.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri V.N. Prasad, the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saharsa in Complaint Case No. 776(C) of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.)
