The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 80 litres of Mahua liquor was recovered from two bags kept in a bogey of the train which is said to be carried by the petitioner. It is contended that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged illicit liquor. It is further contended that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. No.60156 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018 (G.R. No.240 of 2018) with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
