The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kurhani P.S. Case No. 223/2008, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner solemnized love marriage with the petitioner. The victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that she voluntarily left her house. From perusal of the record it appears that the case was lodged in the year 2008. The victim also made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in the year 2008 but after seven years of the occurrence the petitioner made prayer for anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25697 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 petitioner prayed for anticipatory bail after seven years of institution of case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
