The petitioner has filed the present application for modification of the order dated 23.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43390 of 2012.

The order dated 23.04.2015 passed in aforesaid Cr. Misc. No. 43390 of 2012 reads as follows:

"After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to raise all the issues, which have been raised in the present application, at the stage of framing of charge before the learned trial court. Permission is accorded.

The application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid."

In view of the nature of the order dated 23.04.2015, the prayer for modification is completely misconceived. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
