2. Pursuant to the last order, the informant as well as the petitioner is present in the Court.

3. The lady has informed that she is major, married the petitioner and since the date of marriage is residing with him with his family members.

4. The petitioner also submits that he has happily married the girl. The family has accepted her and they are living together.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the informant submit that in view of the aforesaid development, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner can be confirmed.

6. Accordingly, the the petitioner is granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52890 of 2023(3) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 Case No. 390 of 2023 subject to the following conditions: (i) one of the bailor should be the family member of the petitioner who shall provide official document to show his bona fide;

(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial Court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of his bail bond by the Trial Court itself;

(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;

(iv) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.

7. The bail application stands disposed of.
