Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Govindganj (Malahi) P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The present case is counterblast of the case filed by the Babhi of this petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and the recovery shown is planted one. Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2018.
