The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.155 of 2016 registered under Sections 401, 413, 414, 411, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of recovery of one stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 28.07.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.151 of 2017 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.155 of 2016.
