Petitioner seeks bail in Didarganj (Patna) P.S. Case No.142 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that total 100 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63443 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Didarganj (Patna) P.S. Case No.142 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
