JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2018 Heard the parties. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baliya P.S.Case No. 110 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arm Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other accused persons is of attacking on the family of the informant and when the aunty of the informant came to save him, the petitioner shot fire on her, causing death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he is only implicated in this case due to land dispute and the petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60498 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. who opposed the prayed for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the appellant at this stage. However, as the petitioner is in custody since , the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial . With the aforesaid observation, this appeal is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sudha/- U
