1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur vide order dated 05.08.2019 passed in A.B.P. No.1503 of 2019.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No.876 of 2018.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
