Learned Court solely for the reasons that proper instructions were not furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner by the client that as to what transpired after 18.01.2022, as such the Court is not inclined to entertain the present bail application, as the bail application does not have any pleading that as to what transpired after 18.01.2022 whether the case was even taken up once or despite case being taken up from the side of the prosecution or from the side of the defence, there was delay this amply demonstrates that the petitioner is not interested in his case or else he would have given proper instructions to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
