2. This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(i) For payment of withheld dues of salary of Rs. 5,000/- up to 1991, which has been paid to the petitioner.

(ii) For payment of dues of salary from August, 1991 up to November, 2015 i.e. date of retirement.

(iii) For payment of interest on dues of salary which has been withheld by the respondents till date.

(iv) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the eye of law. "

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner has already filed a representation on 09.11.2022 before the Principal, Rajkiya Krit Baldeva Inter School, Danapur Cantt., Patna (Respondent No. 6) but till date, no action has been taken by the respondents.

In view of the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the Principal, Rajkiya Krit Baldeva Inter School, Danapur Cantt., Patna (Respondent No. 6) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Principal, Rajkiya Krit Baldeva Inter School, Danapur Cantt., Patna (Respondent No. 6) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
