Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substances Act 1908.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2022.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur, in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 140 of 2022.

This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Mojahidpur Police Station, DistrictBhagalpur on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
