JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323,324,307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted with garasa on the head of the informant and also to commit theft of a golden chain.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. It is a case and counter case between the parties. The injury report, which finds place at Annexure-3 to the present application, shows that injury is simple in nature.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26458 of 2015 (3) dt.22-09-2015 2 / 2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S.
