Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 354A of the Indian Penal Code and section 12(1)(2) of POCSO Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. No occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.08.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61322 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Gaya in connection with Khijarsarai P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018.
