04-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol and one stolen motorcycle have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 01.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
