JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Some stolen slippers, clothes etc. were recovered from the shop of the petitioner but according to the prosecution case itself, at the time of recovery, petitioner disclosed that one Kalamun Nesha @ Kalami @ Nisha Jee had given the aforesaid articles to him to sell the same in market. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 31.08.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S.Case No. 113 of 2016.
