The prayer in the writ petition is for including the name of the petitioner, who claims to be the president of the petitioner association, in the committee which reviews the issues relating to supply of essential commodities in the District. In the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, the minutes of such meeting held on 08.02.2016 has been annexed. It discloses that the petitioner also participated in the meeting.
