Misc. applications have arisen out of the same occurrence and as such they have been heard together and are being disposed of by passing this common order.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
3. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56579 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/3 offence under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 223, 132, 121(2), 121(1), 352 and 292 of the B.N.S.
4. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that on 26.01.2025, all the accused named in the F.I.R. took part in a procession without prior permission. It is alleged that they obstructed traffic, disrupted government functioning, and raised unconstitutional slogans.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No such occurrence in the manner as alleged has ever taken place. Except allegation, nothing is on record to substantiate the allegation levelled against the petitioners in the present case. There is no specific allegations against these petitioners and and the entire allegation is general and omnibus.
6. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.
7. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to extend them the privilege of anticipatory bail.
8. Let the petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First
