JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Revilganj P.S.Case No. 163 of 2017 registered under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnised 10 years back with the petitioner's son and it is alleged that her son-in-law used to torture her daughter for non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle. It is alleged that all family members forcibly introduced poison and killed her. Submission is that petitioner is an old woman and there is specific allegation of demand of dowry against husband and similarly situated other co-accused Guriya Devi sister-in-law and Mangaru Chaudhary, brother-in-law of the deceased have been admitted to anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 45505 of 2017 and Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61247 of 2017(8) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 8257 of 2018 respectively.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances as accusation of demand of dowry is specific against husband , so petitioner, namely , Chinta Kunwar @ Chinta Kuwar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Revilganj P.S.
