The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have thrown pepper powder in the eyes of the informant and assaulted him with sickle. It is submitted that there is no injury report, but from perusal of the case diary it appears that the police inspector supervised the case and found the injuries on the persons of the injured. The case was found true under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
