Petitioner seeks bail in Special (POCSO) P.S. Case No.167 of 2018 arising out of Bypass P.S. Case No.266 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366(A) Indian Penal Code and Sections 17 & 18 of POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2018.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner called the daughter of informant at a lonely place by mobile phone.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that compromise has taken place between the parties and a

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, POCSO-cumAdditional Sessions Judge-1st, Patna, in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.167 of 2018 arising out of Bypass P.S.
